Flagship Lynk & Co 900 set to debut in the Philippines in Q4 2026
MAKATI CITY, PHILIPPINES — Premium new energy brand Lynk & Co has announced that its Philippine operations will officially be integrated into the operating system of Geely Motor Philippines (GMP), a move aimed at strengthening the brand’s local presence and accelerating its growth in the market.
The realignment forms part of Geely’s broader “One Geely” strategy, allowing Lynk & Co to leverage GMP’s established local operations, resources, and market infrastructure. The move is expected to support faster product introductions, network expansion, and improved customer support for the premium brand.
Lynk & Co, established in Gothenburg, Sweden, in 2016, entered the Philippine market in March 2024 under United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI). The company credited UAAGI for its contribution to establishing the brand locally and building its initial market presence.
“We sincerely appreciate United Asia Automotive Group Inc. (UAAGI) for their continuous support and contributions to Lynk & Co’s growth in the Philippines,” said Ye Qin, General Manager of the ASEAN RHD Business Unit, Geely Auto International Corporation.
He added that the Philippines remains an important market for Lynk & Co, with the company planning to increase its investment, expand its product lineup, strengthen its sales and service infrastructure, and improve the overall customer experience.
Brand Refresh and New Products Coming
The operational integration will also coincide with a refresh of Lynk & Co’s presence in the Philippine market.
Beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026, Lynk & Co is expected to introduce a new generation of premium products under the GMP operating framework.
Leading the new lineup will be the Lynk & Co 900, a full-size SUV positioned in the premium plug-in hybrid segment.
As the brand’s flagship SUV, the 900 focuses on space, comfort, safety, and technology, with Lynk & Co positioning it as a premium family vehicle designed to combine long-distance comfort with smart mobility features.
The Lynk & Co 900 is scheduled to make its Philippine debut in the fourth quarter of 2026, giving the brand a new flagship as it enters its next phase of development in the local market.
The move is expected to further expand Lynk & Co’s presence in the Philippines while giving the brand access to Geely Motor Philippines’ established operational and dealer network.
