Required documents: official receipt (OR), certificate of registration (CR), and valid government-issued IDs. For mortgaged vehicles, additional forms including a Special Power of Attorney (SPA) are required.
Owners have 30 days from appraisal to accept the value, which must be used as a down payment. Excess value will be refunded via check upon vehicle turnover. Auto loan applications are accepted during the event with the necessary documentation.
